They&#8217;re designed for, and only available to, children in the developing world and available in fetching orange and yellow, or shades of blue and green.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.theregister.co.uk/2006/07/26/india_says_no_to_olpc/">Register reports</a> that India has decided not to buy into the project. The Indian Ministry of Education dismissed the laptop as &#8220;pedagogically suspect&#8221;.</p>
<p>However, according to the <a href="http://allafrica.com/stories/200607120369.html">Vanguard</a>, Nigeria has ordered 1 million!</p>
